Day out and Product Reviews.

Sigh. Today I went shopping with my best friend and we went to boots (A pharmacy) and I decided to go look at the natural collection make-up because I was checking it out online and I loved some of the lipstick colours. It was 3 for 2 so I though why not treat myself.

I went up to the lipstick and picked the moisture shine one in Cherry red. Picture at side. When I swatched it, it came out a red pink. I kinda thought. Maybe I shouldn't I prefer red's and darker browns and purples. I picked it up anyways and thought why not. I'm glad I did. When I opened it, it was so pristine and so pigmented and I think I died and went to heaven. For £1.99 I was shocked at the quality and how good it is.

I've wore it twice and it's still so pristine. The lipstick quality is amazing and probably the best.


Next I thought, 'Why not get a new eyeliner pencil?' Very bad idea. It was blunt so I got my sharpener for my eye/lip pencils and gave it a sharpen. It snapped 3 times. I was not happy but for only being £1.99 again I couldn't complain. Maybe it was just a dodgy pencil I don't know but I know I'm sticking with liquid. I have weird dimples were I put my eyeliner and it got stuck there. It was so waxy and went everywhere I wanted to cry.  This is the worse make-up product I own. Not posting a pic it's a mess.

I grabbed a press powder next. A paler one because it's coming into colder weather and I'm getting paler. Soon enough my current one will be done so I grabbed one in the shade cool. I tested it when I came in and then used it to matte my lipstick after I did it the second time. It's still mint condition. I love it and it's my new go-to pressed powder and the paleness has a shimmer to it but it doesn't make me paler it blends perfectly with my skin tone. This should be more than £1.99 but I got it for free because of 3 for 2. Boots don't put up the price please. Pic to side.

Afterwards we went to subway. I am vegetarian so I don't go often. It sounds weird but I got a cheese sub with lettuce, cucumber, tomato and lite mayo cold. I got a bottle of water with that because I'm trying to live healthier and cut out fizzy juice and sugary/fatty foods. The food was delicious as per usual.

We had a walk about then I dragged my bff into superdrug to get some MUA stuff. I just got an eyebrow pencil and to be honest it was worth a pound. The brush is perfect and made my eyebrows even again but the colour wasn't accurate. I am a brunette quite a dark brunette/ almost black so I got the brunette pencil. It was way to dark but that could have been the bluntness. I love MUA and I have 3 palette's which I'll review another time. Pic to side.

Anyways after that I got some Thornton chocolate and then we left. I plan to go back up on Saturday and add to my extensive dark lipstick collection and get a tinted moisturiser or a foundation and a LIQUID liner.
